Method : Mix well the flour, water and sugar so that you have a dilute batter. Keep it for 20 minutes so the sugar dissolves. Heat a pan with one teaspoon (not tablespoon) ghee. Spread three tablespoon batter on the pan. Cook on low heat and flip after 5 minutes. Heat this reverse side for 2 – 3 minutes.
