Main ingredients
Capsicum – one red, one green and one yellow
Cauliflower – small size
2 small carrots
Two teaspoon mustard powder
One teaspoon butter
Salt to taste

Ingredients for white sauce
2 tablespoon refined flour (maida)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup grated cheese

Dice the vegetables. Steam the vegetables in a covered pan wih just a little bit of butter. Add salt and ensure that it is half (and not fully) cooked. This should be done on low heat.
Now separately add milk and water to refined flour (maida) and cook on medium heat till it boils and and becomes a thick sauce. Turn off the heat.
Mix the half steamed vegetables in the sauce and add mustard powder. Put this in a bowl. Sprinke the grated cheese on top. Bake for 5 minutes in a microwave oven at 180 degrees temperature. The desi style baked vegetable is ready to eat. You can have it for dinner with bread or nan.
